The service

ALVO is an AI-assisted coaching app that builds a training programme, nutrition plan, fit recipes and shopping list from the information you give, and tracks your progress. Plans are re-tuned weekly with your data.

Not medical advice

ALVO is not a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Generated content is general information. If you have a chronic condition, an injury, are pregnant, have a history of disordered eating or take medication, consult your doctor before starting.

Changes to exercise and diet are at your own risk; stop and seek professional help if you feel pain or discomfort.

Account and membership

The free version gives you a quick template plan. Full access (personal plan, fit recipes, shopping list, weekly re-tuning, WhatsApp coach) is unlocked by a 1-month membership.

The membership fee and current price are shown on the membership page. Payment is by bank transfer (IBAN) or USDT (TRC20); once the payment is confirmed your activation code is emailed to you. There is no automatic renewal: when the month ends you may join again if you wish.

Activation codes are single-use and tied to your account; they may not be shared or resold.

Refunds

If you have not activated your code yet, we refund the full payment. If you are not satisfied within 7 days after activation, write to us and we refund. No refunds after 7 days.

Crypto refunds go to the same address on the same network, minus network fees.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, to harm others or to abuse the system (automated request flooding, mass code guessing, attempts to access someone else's account, etc.). We reserve the right to close accounts for abuse.

Limitation of liability

ALVO is provided as is. We do not guarantee results; they vary from person to person. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the membership fee you paid in the last month.

Intellectual property

The ALVO brand, design and software belong to us. Plans generated for you are yours to use personally; you may not resell them commercially.

Changes and governing law
